A Taxi driver and his victim recently went to Raffy Tulfo to solve their case. The victim, Rejean Mulo, shared her experience as she was riding a taxi. She was held up and her belongings were taken, she also suffered multiple minor injuries. The taxi driver, Renando Catalan, denied all the accusations that was given to him.
